Irene is all about people because when it comes down to it that's what matters the most. Prior careers in other industries shaped and sharpened her business savvy,  direct communication skills and ability to look at both sides of any issue to find a solution that works for all involved. An effective negotiator. These time tested skills made technical IT recruiting an easy transition.  

Irene has been a top producer in the recruiting field since 1993. As Rookie of the Year and the top producer in 12 affiliated but competing satellite offices for the next 8 years. Starting her own business was a natural progression that has proved to be a very rewarding endeavor.

Described most often as more as of a career coach than a recruiter by her candidates she 

takes placing a candidate in the right position very seriously.    

Clients find her to be highly focused, realistic, dedicated and able to quickly grasp the nuances that go beyond the technological demands of each position and make all the difference in who will best fit with a company’s team and corporate culture.  

Hands on, enthusiastic, alive, down to earth and a big believer that the devil is in the details.  Successful because she loves what she does and is very proud of finding the right match for both her candidates and companies making it a win/win for both.
